Pricing and Refund Policy

For Application Users

Dugmates is your go-to platform for seamless access to various services. As a user, you have the flexibility to register and join tournaments, book venues, or acquire memberships for clubs and gyms—all within one user-friendly application.

In addition to the cost of booking as charged by the Service Providers, Dugmates reserves the right to charge certain fees in the nature of convenience fees or service fees. Dugmates further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time. Any such additional fees, including fee towards any modifications thereof, will be displayed to the User before confirming the booking or collecting the payment from such User.

In cases of short charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fee, convenience fee etc., owing to any technical error or other reason, Dugmates shall reserve the right to deduct, charge or claim the balance amount from the User and the User shall pay such balance amount to Dugmates. In cases where the short charge is claimed prior to the utilization of the booking, Dugmates will be at liberty to cancel such bookings if the amount is not paid before the utilization date.

Any increase in the price charged by Dugmates on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes, levies by Government shall have to be borne by the User. Such imposition of taxes, levies may be without prior notice and could also be retrospective but will always be as per applicable law.

In the rare circumstance of a booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, Dugmates will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the User and intimate the User about the same. Dugmates is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any applicable refund will be processed as per the defined policies of the service provider and Dugmates as the case may be.

The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the service, as per the applicable laws

The User agrees and understands that all payments shall only be made to bank accounts of Dugmates. Dugmates or its agents, representatives or employees shall never ask a customer to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the name of Dugmates. The User agrees that if that user transfers any amount against any booking or transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by Dugmates or to any personal account of any person, Dugmates shall not be held liable for the same. User shall not hold any right to recover from Dugmates any amount which is transferred by the User to any third party.

The User will not share his personal sensitive information like credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including the agents, employees or representatives of Dugmates. The User shall immediately inform Dugmates if such details are demanded by any of its agents’ employees or representatives. Dugmates shall not be liable for any loss that the User incurs for sharing the aforesaid details.

Dugmates provides various modes of making payments on the Website for transacting, like UPI, Credit/Debit Cards of various banks, Net Banking facility of all major banks, third party Wallets, Gift Cards, EMI and more.

For Businesses

Dugmate extends an invitation to tournament organizers to leverage our platform for their booking needs. Here’s how it works:

Registration: Tournament organizers can sign up and create a booking platform on the Dugmates application.
Confirmation of Details: The respective organization will provide all necessary fees and booking details directly on the platform.
Efficient Management: Dugmates takes charge of managing the bookings, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
Convenience Fees: To sustain this service, Dugmates charges a convenience fee ranging from 1% to 7% based on specific requirements.

Pricing for Mobile application usages.

We’re excited to offer our mobile application for your convenience, and we’re pleased to inform you that there are no additional fees associated with its usage. Enjoy seamless access to our services without any hidden costs.

Venue Booking, Tournament Participation, and Membership Fees

The fees for venue booking, tournament participation, as well as club or gym membership, will be determined solely by the respective organizer or venue provider. We do not engage in any form of fee-fixing. Rest assured, you’ll receive transparent and fair pricing directly from the source.

For venue booking or tournament participation, a fee will be applicable. This fee will be directly transferred to the respective venue provider or tournament organization. Additionally, a convenience fee ranging from 1% to 7% will be deducted from the total amount. The convenience fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you before finalizing the transaction.

If you’re interested in club or gym membership, the pricing structure will be identical to that of venue booking or tournament participation.

Registration/Booking Confirmation:

If you do not receive a confirmation number, either in the form of an email or a confirmation page, after submitting payment details, or if you encounter any errors or service interruptions, it is your responsibility to verify the status of your order. You can do this by checking your booking history or contacting our customer service department. Only you may be aware of any issues you encountered during the process. Dugmates will not be held responsible for any losses, whether monetary or otherwise, if you assume that an order was not placed due to a lack of confirmation.

Refund Policy

Please note that the refund policy for venue booking, tournament participation, club membership, or gym membership is solely dependent on the service provider. We recommend reaching out to the organizer, venue owner, or fitness facility for specific details regarding refunds. It’s important to keep in mind that convenience fees are non-refundable. Before registering for any event or booking any venue, carefully review your booking details. Dugmates will be unable to process refund after registration/booking confirmed.

Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking.

Shipping and Return Policy:

Dugmates does not handle the shipment of any goods. Instead, Dugmates functions as a platform that provides bridging services between tournament organizers or sports venue providers and users. As a result, traditional shipping and return policies are not applicable to Dugmates.
